Refund Policy – Cookbooks

By placing an order on https://mytablediary.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Physical Cookbooks
We offer refunds or replacements for physical cookbook purchases under the following conditions:
Eligible for Refund or Replacement:
- You received a damaged, misprinted, or incorrect item
- The product arrived significantly delayed or never arrived (subject to confirmation with shipping provider)
- You changed your mind and request a return within 2 days of delivery (product must be unused and in original condition) How to Request:
- Your full name and order number
- A brief explanation of the issue
- Clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
2. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a physical cookbook before it is shipped. Once shipped, the return and refund policy (Section 1) will apply.
3. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different cookbook, please request a return (if eligible), and place a new order separately.
