Vodka Pasta

Creamy vodka pasta made with tomato, garlic, and Parmesan. A simple, delicious meal ready in 30 minutes—perfect for cozy dinners or special nights!

Ingredients :

  • 12 oz pasta penne or any kind
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup tomato paste
  • ¼ cup vodka
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil optional, for garnish

Directions :

  1. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil and cook garlic for 1 minute.
  3. Add tomato paste and cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring often.
  4. Pour in vodka and simmer for 2–3 minutes to reduce.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, salt, pepper, and chili flakes if using.
  6. Let the sauce simmer for 5 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  7. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat.
  8. Stir in Parmesan cheese and garnish with basil. Serve hot.
