
Vodka Pasta
Creamy vodka pasta made with tomato, garlic, and Parmesan. A simple, delicious meal ready in 30 minutes—perfect for cozy dinners or special nights!
Ingredients :
- 12 oz pasta penne or any kind
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- ½ cup tomato paste
- ¼ cup vodka
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil optional, for garnish
Directions :
- Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and cook garlic for 1 minute.
- Add tomato paste and cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring often.
- Pour in vodka and simmer for 2–3 minutes to reduce.
- Stir in heavy cream, salt, pepper, and chili flakes if using.
- Let the sauce simmer for 5 minutes until it thickens slightly.
- Add cooked pasta and toss to coat.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and garnish with basil. Serve hot.
