Tuna Pasta

Quick and easy Tuna Pasta made in 20 minutes! A simple, delicious dish with garlic, tuna, and Parmesan cheese, perfect for a fast meal or lunch.

Ingredients :

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 can 5 oz tuna, drained
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated

Directions :

  1. Cook the pasta – Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, then cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the sauce – While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Combine – Add the drained tuna to the pan and cook for another 2 minutes, breaking it up slightly. Mix in the cooked pasta and stir well to coat in the garlic oil.
  4. Serve – Top with grated Parmesan cheese and any desired extras, such as fresh herbs or chili flakes. Serve immediately.
