
Tortellini Alfredo
Savor the richness of Tortellini Alfredo, an Italian classic. This creamy, cheesy pasta dish is easy to make and perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients :
- 1 package cheese tortellini 16 oz
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- chopped parsley optional
- red pepper flakes optional
Directions :
- Boil a pot of salted water and cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a separate pan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked tortellini to the sauce and toss to coat.
- Garnish with optional parsley and/or red pepper flakes.
