Tortellini Alfredo

Savor the richness of Tortellini Alfredo, an Italian classic. This creamy, cheesy pasta dish is easy to make and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients :

  • 1 package cheese tortellini 16 oz
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • chopped parsley optional
  • red pepper flakes optional

Directions :

  1. Boil a pot of salted water and cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a separate pan, melt the butter over low heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce thickens.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Add the cooked tortellini to the sauce and toss to coat.
  8. Garnish with optional parsley and/or red pepper flakes.
