Ingredients :

  • For the Salad:
  • 1 pound beef steak
  • 1 head lettuce torn into pieces
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 medium cucumber sliced thinly
  • A handful of fresh mint leaves chopped
  • For the Dressing:
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 small red chili sliced (optional

Directions :

  1. Cook the beef steak to your liking. Let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice it thinly.
  2. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and mint leaves.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, garlic, and red chili.
