
Stuffed Salmon
Cheese and spinach stuffed salmon is a delicious and elegant dish that is perfect for any occasion. This recipe combines the rich flavor of fresh salmon with a creamy, savory filling made from cream cheese, spinach, garlic, and Parmesan cheese.
Ingredients :
- 4 salmon fillets
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- 2 cups fresh spinach chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions :
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, spinach, garlic, and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Cut a slit along the side of each salmon fillet to create a pocket for the stuffing.
- Fill each pocket with the cheese and spinach mixture, then secure with toothpicks if needed.
- Place the stuffed salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
