Stuffed Salmon

Cheese and spinach stuffed salmon is a delicious and elegant dish that is perfect for any occasion. This recipe combines the rich flavor of fresh salmon with a creamy, savory filling made from cream cheese, spinach, garlic, and Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients :

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups fresh spinach chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions :

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, spinach, garlic, and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  4. Cut a slit along the side of each salmon fillet to create a pocket for the stuffing.
  5. Fill each pocket with the cheese and spinach mixture, then secure with toothpicks if needed.
  6. Place the stuffed salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
