Stuffed Flounder

Stuffed flounder is a delicious and elegant seafood dish that combines tender flounder fillets with a savory crab meat stuffing. This recipe is perfect for special occasions or a delightful family dinner.

Ingredients :

  • 4 flounder fillets
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 4 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions :

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the crab meat, breadcrumbs, melted butter, chopped parsley, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Lay the flounder fillets flat and place a generous spoonful of the stuffing mixture in the center of each fillet.
  4. Roll up the fillets and secure them with toothpicks if necessary.
  5. Place the stuffed flounder fillets in a greased baking dish. Top with lemon slices.
