Stuffed Flounder
Stuffed flounder is a delicious and elegant seafood dish that combines tender flounder fillets with a savory crab meat stuffing. This recipe is perfect for special occasions or a delightful family dinner.
Ingredients :
- 4 flounder fillets
- 1 cup crab meat
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 4 tablespoons butter melted
- 1 lemon sliced
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions :
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix the crab meat, breadcrumbs, melted butter, chopped parsley, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Lay the flounder fillets flat and place a generous spoonful of the stuffing mixture in the center of each fillet.
- Roll up the fillets and secure them with toothpicks if necessary.
- Place the stuffed flounder fillets in a greased baking dish. Top with lemon slices.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the stuffing is golden brown.
- Serve hot with your choice of sides.
