Ingredients :

  • 1 pound flank steak
  • 2-3 assorted bell peppers sliced
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Fajita seasoning mix

Directions :

  1. Marinate the steak with lime juice and fajita seasoning mix for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat a skillet or grilling pan on high heat. Add a splash of oil.
