
Steak Egg And Cheese Bagel
A Steak, Egg, and Cheese Bagel is a hearty, delicious sandwich that’s perfect for kick-starting your day. This recipe combines juicy steak, fluffy scrambled eggs, and melty cheese, all stacked on a toasted bagel.
Ingredients :
- 4 plain bagels split
- 8 oz sirloin steak thinly sliced
- 4 large eggs
- 4 slices American cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional garnishes: sautéed onions sliced tomatoes, or hot sauce
Directions :
- Season the steak slices with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steak slices for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium. Add a tablespoon of butter. Pour in the eggs, scrambled lightly, and cook until just set.
- Spread butter on each bagel half and toast them lightly in another pan or under a broiler.
- Assemble the sandwiches by placing a slice of cheese on each bottom bagel half, followed by the cooked steak, scrambled eggs, and any additional garnishes.
- Top with the other half of the bagel and serve warm.
