Spinach stuffed chicken breasts are a flavorful, juicy, and easy-to-make dish that’s perfect for any meal. This recipe combines tender chicken with a creamy spinach and cheese filling that’s both nutritious and delicious. Ingredients :

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh spinach or 1 cup frozen, thawed, and drained
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika optional, for color
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions :

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, and minced garlic until well combined.
  3. Using a sharp knife, carefully cut a pocket into the side of each chicken breast. Stuff each pocket with the spinach mixture.
  4. Season the outside of the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika. Secure the openings with toothpicks if needed.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the stuffed chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the chicken to the prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
