
Spinach Chicken Bake
This creamy and cheesy spinach chicken bake is a delicious, comforting dish that’s easy to make with just a few simple ingredients. Juicy chicken breasts are stuffed with a rich spinach and cream cheese mixture, then topped with melty mozzarella for the perfect cheesy finish.
Ingredients :
- 2 large chicken breasts
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika optional
Directions :
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté spinach until wilted. Remove from heat.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, and spinach until well combined.
- Slice the chicken breasts lengthwise to create a pocket, then stuff them with the spinach mixture.
- Place the stuffed chicken in the baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella.
- Sprinkle paprika on top for extra flavor.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
