
Smoked Salmon Frittata

- 8 ounces smoked salmon chopped
- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups fresh spinach roughly chopped
- 1 red onion thinly sliced
- 4 ounces cream cheese cubed
Directions :
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten. Stir in the chopped spinach.
- Heat a 10-inch oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced red onion and cook until softened.
- Spread the smoked salmon and cream cheese evenly over the cooked onion.
