Smoked Beef Short Ribs

Delicious smoked beef short ribs with a simple spice rub. Perfect for barbecues or family dinners, ready in just over 6 hours.

Ingredients :

  • 4 beef short ribs
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Wood chips for smoking

Directions :

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (110°C).
  2. Mix salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
  3. Rub the spice mixture evenly over the beef short ribs.
  4. Place the ribs in the smoker and add wood chips to the smoker box.
  5. Smoke the ribs for about 3-4 hours, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Wrap the ribs in foil and continue smoking for another 2-3 hours, or until they reach an internal temperature of 203°F (95°C).
  7. Remove the ribs from the smoker and let them rest for 30 minutes before serving.
