
Smoked Beef Short Ribs
Delicious smoked beef short ribs with a simple spice rub. Perfect for barbecues or family dinners, ready in just over 6 hours.
Ingredients :
- 4 beef short ribs
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Wood chips for smoking
Directions :
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F (110°C).
- Mix salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
- Rub the spice mixture evenly over the beef short ribs.
- Place the ribs in the smoker and add wood chips to the smoker box.
- Smoke the ribs for about 3-4 hours, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Wrap the ribs in foil and continue smoking for another 2-3 hours, or until they reach an internal temperature of 203°F (95°C).
- Remove the ribs from the smoker and let them rest for 30 minutes before serving.
