Slow Cooker Pork Loin

Cooking pork loin in a slow cooker is one of the easiest ways to make a flavorful, tender, and juicy main dish. This recipe is perfect for busy days when you want a hearty meal without much effort. With just a few simple ingredients, the pork absorbs a savory-sweet glaze that’s packed with flavor.

Ingredients :

  • 2 –3 lbs pork loin
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: chopped carrots and potatoes

Directions :

  1. Season the pork loin with thyme, paprika, and black pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat, sear the pork on all sides, and transfer to the slow cooker.
  3. In a small bowl, mix chicken broth, garlic, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Pour over the pork.
  4. Add optional vegetables around the pork for a complete meal.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
  6. Once done, let the pork rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with the glaze from the slow cooker.
