
Slow Cooker Pork Loin
Cooking pork loin in a slow cooker is one of the easiest ways to make a flavorful, tender, and juicy main dish. This recipe is perfect for busy days when you want a hearty meal without much effort. With just a few simple ingredients, the pork absorbs a savory-sweet glaze that’s packed with flavor.
Ingredients :
- 2 –3 lbs pork loin
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: chopped carrots and potatoes
Directions :
- Season the pork loin with thyme, paprika, and black pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, sear the pork on all sides, and transfer to the slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, mix chicken broth, garlic, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Pour over the pork.
- Add optional vegetables around the pork for a complete meal.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
- Once done, let the pork rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with the glaze from the slow cooker.
