Ingredients :
- 2 large chicken breasts
- 1 can 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can 15 oz corn, drained
- 1 can 14 oz diced tomatoes
- 1 packet 1 oz chili seasoning mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 garlic cloves minced
Directions :
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, onion, and garlic.
- Sprinkle the chili seasoning over the ingredients, then pour in the chicken broth. Stir gently to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
