Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

Make a creamy, flavorful beef stroganoff in a slow cooker. Perfectly tender beef with mushrooms and tangy sauce. The ultimate comfort dish!

Ingredients :

  • Beef chunks about 2 pounds
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions :

  1. In a pan over medium heat, brown the beef chunks. Remove and place in the slow cooker.
  2. Add mushrooms, onions, and beef broth to the slow cooker.
