
Shrimp Ravioli
Shrimp ravioli is a delicious and elegant dish that combines tender shrimp with creamy ricotta cheese, all wrapped in delicate pasta.
Ingredients :
- 1 lb shrimp peeled, deveined, and finely chopped
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- 1 egg beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Directions :
- In a bowl, combine chopped shrimp, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Brush the edges of the wrapper with beaten egg and fold to seal, pressing out any air.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a gentle boil.
- Cook the ravioli in batches for 3-4 minutes, until they float to the top.
- Remove with a slotted spoon and serve with your choice of sauce.
