Shrimp Ravioli

Shrimp ravioli is a delicious and elegant dish that combines tender shrimp with creamy ricotta cheese, all wrapped in delicate pasta.

Ingredients :

  • 1 lb shrimp peeled, deveined, and finely chopped
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • 1 egg beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Directions :

  1. In a bowl, combine chopped shrimp, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  3. Brush the edges of the wrapper with beaten egg and fold to seal, pressing out any air.
  4. Bring a large pot of salted water to a gentle boil.
  5. Cook the ravioli in batches for 3-4 minutes, until they float to the top.
  6. Remove with a slotted spoon and serve with your choice of sauce.
