Shrimp Pasta

Want a simple, flavorful dinner without the mess? This Instant Pot Shrimp Pasta is a 25-minute, one-pot meal that brings together juicy shrimp and tender pasta in a snap.

Ingredients :

  • 2 cups water
  • 8 oz Fettuccine
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 lb shrimp
  • 1 onion chopped
  • ½ cup white wine
  • ½ cup soya sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • ¼ hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cups black olives
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese

Directions :

  1. Add water, olive oil and pasta to the Instant Pot.
  2. Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 2 minutes.
  3. When cooking time is complete, do a quick release.
  4. Take out the pasta and clean the Instant Pot.
  5. Press "saute" and add olive oil
  6. Add onion and garlic and saute for 1 minute.
  7. Add shrimp, white wine, hoisin sauce, lemon juice, soy sauce, salt and pepper and stir well.
  8. Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 4 minutes.
  9. When cooking time is complete, do a quick pressure release.
  10. Add the cooked pasta back to the pot. Add cherry tomatoes, olives and parmesan cheese and mix well.
  11. Serve and enjoy
