Ingredients :

  • 1 pound of fresh or frozen shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 3 bell peppers sliced
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of fajita seasoning
  • 8 small flour tortillas

Directions :

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add a little oil if needed.
  2. Add the bell peppers and onions to the skillet. Sauté until they're tender and slightly charred.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and sprinkle the fajita seasoning over everything. Stir well to make sure everything is evenly coated.
  4. Cook until the shrimp are pink and fully cooked. This should take about 2-3 minutes.
