
Self-Rising Flour Pancakes

Ingredients :
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 ¾ cups milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- ¼ cup honey for serving
- 1 cup strawberries for serving
Directions :
- Add self-rising flour and cinnamon to a bowl and stir to combine.
- Add eggs, butter, and milk and mix until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
- Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet or pan over medium heat.
- Spoon some of the pancake batter into the pan and cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set. Gently flip the pancake and cook until the middle is solid. Repeat this process with the remaining batter.
