
Sea Bass
Try this Instant Pot Steamed Sea Bass Fish with flavorful and fragrant authentic Asian ingredients to make perfect comforting seafood to make a delicious healthy meal.
Ingredients :
- 1 garlic minced
- 4 tablespoon ginger minced
- ½ onion chopped
- 1 spring onion chopped
- 1 julienne pepper chopped
- 1 teaspoon palm sugar grated
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 1 cup water for the Instant Pot
- ½ coriander for serving
- 4 fillets sea bass
Directions :
- Set the pot on 'Saute at High' for 3 minutes.
- Add vegetable oil, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and palm sugar cook and stir.
- Dish out and clean the pot and put trivet into the pot.
- Add water into the pot and put the fillets on a trivet.
- Add the minced garlic, ginger, and chopped onions, spring onion, and pepper to the fillets.
- Add coriander to the fillets.
- Close the lid and pressure cook at high for 6 minutes.
- Do a quick release and dish out.
- Add the prepared sauce and serve the delicious sea bass!
