Try this Instant Pot Steamed Sea Bass Fish with flavorful and fragrant authentic Asian ingredients to make perfect comforting seafood to make a delicious healthy meal.

Ingredients :

  • 1 garlic minced
  • 4 tablespoon ginger minced
  • ½ onion chopped
  • 1 spring onion chopped
  • 1 julienne pepper chopped
  • 1 teaspoon palm sugar grated
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 1 cup water for the Instant Pot
  • ½ coriander for serving
  • 4 fillets sea bass

Directions :

  1. Set the pot on 'Saute at High' for 3 minutes.
  2. Add vegetable oil, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and palm sugar cook and stir.
  3. Dish out and clean the pot and put trivet into the pot.
  4. Add water into the pot and put the fillets on a trivet.
  5. Add the minced garlic, ginger, and chopped onions, spring onion, and pepper to the fillets.
  6. Add coriander to the fillets.
  7. Close the lid and pressure cook at high for 6 minutes.
  8. Do a quick release and dish out.
  9. Add the prepared sauce and serve the delicious sea bass!
