Sausage Frittata is a delightful, savory meal that everyone can enjoy. Ingredients :

  • 5 sausages
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 bell pepper diced

Directions :

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the sausages in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat until browned. Remove and slice them.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the onions and bell peppers until softened.
  4. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and add the grated cheese.
  5. Add the cooked sausages, onions, and bell peppers to the egg mixture and mix well.
