Ingredients :
- 5 sausages
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 bell pepper diced
Directions :
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the sausages in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat until browned. Remove and slice them.
- In the same skillet, sauté the onions and bell peppers until softened.
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs and add the grated cheese.
- Add the cooked sausages, onions, and bell peppers to the egg mixture and mix well.
- Pour the mixture back into the skillet and cook over medium heat until the edges start to set.
