
Salmon Sushi Bake

Ingredients :
- 2 cups sushi rice cooked
- 1 lbsalmon cooked and flaked
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 5 sheets nori seaweed cut into strips for serving
- ½ cup green onions chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 avocado sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish optional
- Additional soy sauce pickled ginger, and wasabi for serving
Directions :
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flaked salmon, mayonnaise, and half of the soy sauce, stirring until evenly mixed.
- In a baking dish, evenly spread the cooked sushi rice as the first layer.
- Layer the salmon mixture over the rice evenly, and then sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve with nori strips, additional soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi.
