
Salmon Soup
Ready in just 15 minutes, it’s packed with tender salmon, fresh vegetables, and a flavorful broth.
Ingredients :
- 1 cup water for the Instant Pot
- 1 lb salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion chopped
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 1 carrot chopped
- 1 stalk celery chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1 ½ cups vegetable broth
- salt and pepper to taste
- parsley for serving
Directions :
- Pour water into your Instant Pot and place a trivet.
- Place the salmon fillet onto the trivet and close the lid.
- Cook on high pressure for 6 minutes.
- When cooking time is complete, do a quick pressure release.
- Take out the salmon and keep aside.
- Pour the water and dry the bottom of the Instant Pot.
- Press "saute" and add olive oil.
- Add onion and garlic and saute for 3 minutes.
- Add tomatoes, carrots and celery and saute for 5 minutes.
- In the meantime, chop the salmon into pieces.
- Add chopped fish, vegetable broth and salt and pepper and stir well.
- Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
- When cooking time is complete, do a quick pressure release.
- Add parsley on top and serve.
