Salmon Sliders

Salmon sliders are a tasty and easy-to-make dish that can be enjoyed at any meal. These mini sandwiches are perfect for parties, family dinners, or casual lunches. Made with fresh salmon, they are both healthy and delicious.

Ingredients :

  • 1 lb salmon fillets cooked and flaked
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 green onions finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking
  • Mini slider buns
  • Optional toppings: lettuce tomato, tartar sauce, pickled vegetables, hoisin sauce, tzatziki sauce, cucumber slices, red onion

Directions :

  1. In a large bowl, combine flaked salmon, panko breadcrumbs, beaten egg, Dijon mustard, green onions, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined and form into small patties.
  3. Chill the patties in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Serve the salmon patties on mini slider buns with your choice of toppings.
