
Salmon Pasta
Enjoy a quick and flavorful Italian Dinner with this creamy salmon pasta recipe. Simple to prepare and packed with rich, hearty flavors. Ready in just 30 minutes.
Ingredients :
- 1 pound salmon
- 1 pound pasta
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- fresh parsley or lemon juice for serving
Directions :
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Place the salmon in the pan, skin side down, and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Remove the salmon and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the cream and let it simmer for a couple of minutes.
- Flake the salmon and add it back to the pan along with the cooked pasta. Mix well, adding pasta water if needed to adjust the consistency.
- Serve and enjoy 🙂 You can add fresh parsley or a squeeze of lemon juice for extra flavor.
