Salmon Pasta

Enjoy a quick and flavorful Italian Dinner with this creamy salmon pasta recipe. Simple to prepare and packed with rich, hearty flavors. Ready in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients :

  • 1 pound salmon
  • 1 pound pasta
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup cream
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley or lemon juice for serving

Directions :

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Place the salmon in the pan, skin side down, and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Remove the salmon and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add the cream and let it simmer for a couple of minutes.
  5. Flake the salmon and add it back to the pan along with the cooked pasta. Mix well, adding pasta water if needed to adjust the consistency.
  6. Serve and enjoy 🙂 You can add fresh parsley or a squeeze of lemon juice for extra flavor.
