Sometimes it's tough to eat right and get all the nutrients you need. But this awesome protein fluff makes it super easy and tasty to load up on protein. Just grab some raspberries, almond milk, vanilla extract, xanthan gum, and protein powder. In just 5 minutes, you can whip up a delicious dessert or post-workout snack that’s actually good for you!

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup raspberries frozen
  • ½ cup vanilla almond milk
  • ⅓ cup casein protein powder
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup xanthan gum

Directions :

  1. Combine raspberries and almond milk in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add casein protein powder, vanilla extract, and xanthan gum to the mix and blend until incorporated.
  3. Serve your healthy protein fluff topped with crushed pecans, extra raspberries, and some whipped cream, and enjoy!
