Quick and easy Pesto Cavatappi in 22 minutes! A creamy, flavorful pasta dish with fresh pesto and Parmesan. Perfect for a weeknight dinner or lunch.

Ingredients :

  • 8 ozcavatappi pasta
  • 1 cup pesto sauce
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Directions :

  1. Cook the pasta – Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the cavatappi according to package instructions, until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the pesto sauce – In a small pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Mix the pasta and pesto – Add the pesto sauce to the cooked pasta, tossing to coat the pasta evenly. If needed, add a bit of reserved pasta water to thin the sauce.
  4. Serve – Top with grated Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
