
Peri Peri Chicken

Ingredients :
- 4 cloves garlic
- ½ white onion sliced
- ½ red bell pepper sliced
- ¼ cup mixed spices
- 1 teaspoon salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon peri-peri sauce
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ lime juice
- 2 ½ - 3 pounds chicken
Directions :
- Add the garlic, onion, bell pepper, mixed spices, salt, pepper, peri-peri sauce, olive oil, and lime juice to a food processor and grind into a paste.
- Coat the chicken evenly in your peri-peri paste.
- Put the chicken in the fridge to marinate for 2 hours.
- Place the marinated chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 40 minutes at 350F.
- Serve with fresh chopped herbs, and enjoy!
