Ingredients :

  • 4 cod fillets
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • ½ cup flour
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder optional
  • 1 teaspoon paprika optional
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Directions :

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Season the flour with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Dredge each cod fillet in the flour, shaking off excess.
