Mini Quiche
Mini quiches are delicious, bite-sized treats that are perfect for any occasion. They’re made with a creamy egg filling, a flaky crust, and your choice of mix-ins like vegetables, cheese, or meat. Whether you’re preparing breakfast, brunch, or appetizers for a party, mini quiches are always a hit.
Ingredients :
- 5 large eggs
- ½ cup milk or cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice
- 1 cup chopped vegetables spinach, bell peppers, mushrooms, etc.
- 1 pre-made pie crust or pastry dough
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: cooked bacon ham, or sausage
Directions :
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- Roll out the pie crust and cut it into circles to fit the muffin cups. Press each circle into a cup, trimming any excess dough.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Divide the chopped vegetables and cheese evenly among the crust-lined muffin cups. Add cooked bacon, ham, or sausage if desired.
- Pour the egg mixture into each cup, filling them about ¾ full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the quiches are set and lightly golden on top.
- Let them cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin. Serve warm or at room temperature.
