Mini Quiche

Mini quiches are delicious, bite-sized treats that are perfect for any occasion. They’re made with a creamy egg filling, a flaky crust, and your choice of mix-ins like vegetables, cheese, or meat. Whether you’re preparing breakfast, brunch, or appetizers for a party, mini quiches are always a hit.

Ingredients :

  • 5 large eggs
  • ½ cup milk or cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables spinach, bell peppers, mushrooms, etc.
  • 1 pre-made pie crust or pastry dough
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: cooked bacon ham, or sausage

Directions :

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Roll out the pie crust and cut it into circles to fit the muffin cups. Press each circle into a cup, trimming any excess dough.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Divide the chopped vegetables and cheese evenly among the crust-lined muffin cups. Add cooked bacon, ham, or sausage if desired.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into each cup, filling them about ¾ full.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the quiches are set and lightly golden on top.
  7. Let them cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin. Serve warm or at room temperature.
