Ingredients :
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon chicken flavoring or chicken seasoning blend optional
- ½ cup chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup sundried tomatoes
- ½ cup parmesan cheese shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 leaves fresh basil chopped
Directions :
- Heat olive oil in a pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook your chicken in the hot pan until browned on all sides.
- Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside.
- Melt the butter and add the garlic to saute until aromatic.
- Add the chicken stock to deglaze the pan.
- Add onion powder, chicken flavoring, oregano, black pepper, sundried tomatoes, parmesan cheese, and heavy cream to the pan and stir to incorporate.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer, add the chicken back into the pan, cover with a lid, and let simmer until the chicken is cooked through.
