Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Juicy marinated pork tenderloin with a simple soy, honey, and garlic marinade. Perfect for grilling or roasting, it’s an easy, flavorful main dish.

Ingredients :

  • 1 lb pork tenderloin
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme optional

Directions :

  1. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, olive oil, black pepper, and thyme if using.
  2. Place the pork tenderloin in a large resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the pork, coating it well.
  3. Marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for maximum flavor.
  4. Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C). If using an oven, line a baking sheet with foil.
  5. Remove the pork from the marinade and place it on the grill or baking sheet. Discard the marinade.
  6. Grill or roast the pork for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  7. Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve and enjoy!
