Instant Taco Pasta

This Instant Pot Taco Pasta recipe is fast and simple to make and loaded down with meat and cheese.

Ingredients :

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ lb ground beef lean
  • 4 oz tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 oz taco seasoning
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 4 oz pipe rigate or macaroni
  • ¾ cup cheddar cheese shredded

Directions :

  1. Add the oil to the Instant Pot and press “Saute”.
  2. Add the ground beef to the Instant Pot and cook for a few minutes until all the beef is browned and there is no pink.
  3. Add tomato sauce, beef broth, taco seasoning, rosemary and dried pasta. Stir all the ingredients together well.
  4. Put on the Instant Pot lid and press the "manual" button and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
  5. When the cooking time is complete, do a quick pressure release.
  6. Take off the lid and add on the grated cheese. Let it cook for a minute to melt on top.
  7. Serve and enjoy.
