Ingredients :
1 apple
3 garlic cloves
½ onion
2 lb pork
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ Cup chicken stock
16 ounces sauerkraut
Directions :
Slice one apple and half onion.
Chop three cloves of garlic and cut the pork meat into cubes .
Season the pork meat with salt and pepper and place it into the instant pot.
Add chicken stock, apple slices, onion slices, and chopped garlic.
Add sauerkraut, close the lid and cook for 20 minutes at high pressure.
When cooking time is complete, do a quick pressure release.
