Instant Italian Beef

A delicious recipe of tender beef packed with flavorsome spices and seasonings.

Ingredients :

  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 5 garlic cloves peeled & minced
  • 3 ½ beef chuck
  • 4 pepperoncini pepper
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • ½ cup worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning

Directions :

  1. Press "saute" and add butter.
  2. Add onion and garlic and saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Add beef chuck, pepperoncini pepper, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper flakes, brown sugar, and dried Italian seasoning and stir well.
  4. Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 50 minutes.
  5. When cooking time is complete, wait for a natural release.
  6. Take tout he beef chuck and shred it.
  7. Serve and enjoy.
