The best Instant Pot brats recipe on the Internet. All you need is butter, beer and bratwurst. Get a perfect sausage in only 10 minutes.

Ingredients :

  • 4 bratwurst
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup beer

Directions :

  1. Select Saute and melt butter in the Instant Pot.
  2. Once melted, add brats and brown on all sides.
  3. Remove brats from the Instant Pot and pour in beer.
  4. Insert metal trivet into the Instant Pot and arrange the brats on top.
  5. Lock lid into place and cook the brats on high pressure for 6 minutes.
  6. Once finished, allow the Instant Pot to release the steam pressure naturally until the pin drops.
  7. Open the pot and enjoy :]
