Instant Beef Stroganoff

Tender chunks of beef smothered in a luscious creamy sauce!

Ingredients :

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1½ lb beef chuck cut into 1 inch pieces
  • ½ onion chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 3 carrots chopped
  • 1 cup white wine dry
  • 1 oz mushrooms sliced
  • 2 stalks celery chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley roughly chopped
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • Parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions :

  1. Add olive oil to the Instant Pot and press saute.
  2. Season the beef with salt and pepper, place in the Instant Pot and saute for 5 minutes.
  3. Add onions and stir.
  4. Add mustard, flour, white wine, celery, carrots, beef broth and mushrooms and stir well.
  5. Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
  6. When cooking time is complete, do a quick pressure release.
  7. Open the lid and add parsley, cream cheese and salt and pepper. Stir well.
  8. Serve and enjoy
