
Instant Beef Stroganoff
Tender chunks of beef smothered in a luscious creamy sauce!
Ingredients :
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1½ lb beef chuck cut into 1 inch pieces
- ½ onion chopped
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 3 carrots chopped
- 1 cup white wine dry
- 1 oz mushrooms sliced
- 2 stalks celery chopped
- ¼ cup fresh parsley roughly chopped
- 1 cup beef broth
- 8 oz cream cheese
- Parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions :
- Add olive oil to the Instant Pot and press saute.
- Season the beef with salt and pepper, place in the Instant Pot and saute for 5 minutes.
- Add onions and stir.
- Add mustard, flour, white wine, celery, carrots, beef broth and mushrooms and stir well.
- Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
- When cooking time is complete, do a quick pressure release.
- Open the lid and add parsley, cream cheese and salt and pepper. Stir well.
- Serve and enjoy
