Instant Pork Carnitas

This Mexican pork dish packed with tangy flavors is a winner for sure.

Ingredients :

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound pork meat boneless and cubed
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • ½ cup orange juice

Directions :

  1. Select saute and add olive oil.
  2. Season the pork with salt, black pepper and garlic powder.
  3. Saute pork for 3 minutes on both sides until brown.
  4. Add orange and lemon juice and stir well.
  5. Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
  6. When cooking time is complete, wait for a natural pressure release.
  7. Once done, open the lid and shred the pork.
  8. Serve and enjoy
