Instant Egg Roll in a Bowl

Instant Pot Egg Roll in a Bowl is a fast and simple low carb recipe to make a simple meal! Find out how you can make this easy dish!

Ingredients :

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon ginger powder
  • 3 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • ½ cup chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon tamari sauce
  • 14 oz coleslaw mix or cabbage mix or broccoli slaw
  • 2 sliced spring onions for serving
  • 2 teaspoon sriracha for serving

Directions :

  1. Add the olive oil and ground beef into the Instant Pot and saute until it's fully browned.
  2. Add the garlic powder, ginger powder, and tamari sauce and stir well. Use a wooden spoon to stir.
  3. Add the sesame oil, rice vinegar and chicken broth and saute for 1 more minute.
  4. Add the cabbage directly on top of the cooked beef. Do not stir.
  5. Put on the Instnat Pot lid and cook on high pressure for 0 minutes (yes, 0 minutes).
  6. Once the cooking time is complete, do a quick pressure release.
  7. Take off the lid and stir.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
