Instant Beef Bourguignon

If you’re looking for a rich, flavorful dinner, this Instant Pot Beef Bourguignon is easy and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients :

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 lb chuck beef special steak
  • 3 shallots chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • ¼ basil chopped
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 3 bacon slices
  • 2 carrots chopped
  • ½ lb mushrooms diced
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions :

  2. Press "saute" and add olive oil.
  3. Add bacon and saute for 1 minute.
  4. Add onion and garlic and saute for 2 more minutes.
  5. Add beef and saute for 3 more minutes.
  6. Add mushrooms, carrots, basil, flour, salt, pepper, beef broth and red wine and stir well.
  7. Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
  8. When cooking time is complete, wait for a natural pressure release.
  9. Open the lid, serve and enjoy
