
Honey Mustard Salmon
Honey mustard salmon is a quick and flavorful dish that’s perfect for any occasion. The combination of sweet honey, tangy mustard, and fresh lemon juice creates a delicious glaze that complements the richness of the salmon.
Ingredients :
- 4 salmon fillets about 6 oz each
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: fresh parsley for garnish
Directions :
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the glaze.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down. Brush the glaze evenly over the top of each fillet.
- Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.
