Honey Mustard Salmon

Honey mustard salmon is a quick and flavorful dish that’s perfect for any occasion. The combination of sweet honey, tangy mustard, and fresh lemon juice creates a delicious glaze that complements the richness of the salmon.

Ingredients :

  • 4 salmon fillets about 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

Directions :

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the glaze.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down. Brush the glaze evenly over the top of each fillet.
  4. Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.
