
Ham and Noodle Casserole
With this easy ham and noodle casserole recipe, you can have a hearty and delicious meal on the table in under an hour
Ingredients :
- 8 ounces bowtie egg noodles cooked
- 1 ½ cups cooked ham cubed
- ½ cup low-fat milk
- 1 tablespoon butter melted
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon ground mustard
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded and divided
Directions :
- Prepare the noodles according to the directions on the package and set aside.
- Add ham, milk, butter, pepper, salt, onion powder, ground mustard, soup, 1 cup of cheese, and all the noodles to a bowl and stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake at 375F for 30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven when the casserole is bubbly with a golden brown top, and let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
