
Ground Beef Stroganoff
Easy ground beef stroganoff with mushrooms and creamy sauce. A classic comfort food ready in 35 minutes—perfect over noodles, rice, or mashed potatoes!
Ingredients :
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1½ cups mushrooms sliced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1½ cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ¾ cup sour cream
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 8 oz egg noodles cooked
- Fresh parsley optional, for garnish
Directions :
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes until soft.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain extra fat.
- Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Stir and simmer for 8–10 minutes until thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in sour cream, salt, and pepper.
- Serve over cooked egg noodles and garnish with parsley if desired.
