Grilled Red Snapper

Ingredients :

  • 2 whole red snappers about 1-1.5 pounds each
  • 2 lemons
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup fresh parsley and/or cilantro

Directions :

  1. Clean and scale the red snappers. Make a few diagonal cuts along each side of the fish.
  2. Mince the garlic and mix with the juice of one lemon, olive oil, and chopped herbs.
  3. Marinate the fish with this mixture for about 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium heat and oil the grates.
  5. Place the marinated fish on the grill. Cook for about 7-10 minutes on each side or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily.
  6. Serve with additional lemon slices and fresh herbs.
