Greek Yogurt Pasta

Creamy Greek yogurt pasta is a quick and healthy meal with a rich, tangy sauce. Easy to make, full of flavor, and ready in just 15 minutes!

Ingredients :

  • 2 cups cooked pasta any type
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt full-fat recommended
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • ¼ cup pasta water as needed
  • Fresh herbs for garnish parsley, basil, or dill

Directions :

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and reserve ¼ cup of pasta water.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  3. Reduce the heat to low and stir in Greek yogurt, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well. If the sauce is too thick, add a little pasta water to thin it out.
  5. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes (if using) and fresh herbs. Serve immediately.
