
Greek Yogurt Pasta
Creamy Greek yogurt pasta is a quick and healthy meal with a rich, tangy sauce. Easy to make, full of flavor, and ready in just 15 minutes!
Ingredients :
- 2 cups cooked pasta any type
- ½ cup Greek yogurt full-fat recommended
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
- ¼ cup pasta water as needed
- Fresh herbs for garnish parsley, basil, or dill
Directions :
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and reserve ¼ cup of pasta water.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
- Reduce the heat to low and stir in Greek yogurt, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well. If the sauce is too thick, add a little pasta water to thin it out.
- Sprinkle with red pepper flakes (if using) and fresh herbs. Serve immediately.
