Greek Pasta

Easy and fresh Greek pasta recipe with feta, tomatoes, and olives. A light and flavorful Mediterranean meal ready in just 25 minutes!

Ingredients :

  • 8 oz pasta penne, spaghetti, or any type
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup feta cheese crumbled
  • ¼ cup sliced olives black or green
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley optional, for garnish

Directions :

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes, salt, pepper, and oregano. Cook for 3-4 minutes until tomatoes soften.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss well.
  6. Stir in feta cheese, olives, and lemon juice. Mix gently.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
