
Greek Pasta
Easy and fresh Greek pasta recipe with feta, tomatoes, and olives. A light and flavorful Mediterranean meal ready in just 25 minutes!
Ingredients :
- 8 oz pasta penne, spaghetti, or any type
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- ½ cup feta cheese crumbled
- ¼ cup sliced olives black or green
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley optional, for garnish
Directions :
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add cherry tomatoes, salt, pepper, and oregano. Cook for 3-4 minutes until tomatoes soften.
- Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss well.
- Stir in feta cheese, olives, and lemon juice. Mix gently.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
