Need a quick, easy side dish? Try making Instant Pot Glutinous Rice. It’s simple to prepare and adds a wonderfully sticky texture to your meals.

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup Thai Rice washed and soaked
  • ½ cup Water

Directions :

  1. Place a steamer basket in an Instant Pot.
  2. Pour ½ cup of water into the pot.
  3. Add 1 cup of Thai rice to it.
  4. Cover the lid properly. Press 'Rice' at low and set the timings at 12 minutes.
  5. Open the lid and give it a natural release.
  6. Sprinkle the black seeds on top and serve!
