
Fried Shrimp
Juicy shrimp with a crispy touch, served over perfectly cooked mushrooms, makes for a meal that feels fancy but is super easy to make.
Ingredients :
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ½ cup onions chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic diced
- ½ cup shiitake mushrooms sliced
- 1½ cup white mushrooms sliced
- ½ lb scallops
- ¼ cup hoisin sauce for the air fryer basket
- ½ cup white wine
- ⅓ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb shrimp fritters
Directions :
- Add butter, onions, and garlic to your Instant Pot and saute for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add mushrooms, scallops, hoisin sauce, white wine, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir to incorporate.
- Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
- Wait for a natural pressure release (or for at least 20 minutes). Once done, open the lid and set cooked mushrooms and scallops aside.
- Insert the air fryer basket and add shrimp fritters.
- Air Fry at 320 °F for 6 minutes.
- Plate your mushroom and scallop mixture, then top with your shrimp fritters.
- Serve and enjoy
