Fried Lobster

Fried lobster is a luxurious and delicious dish that's surprisingly easy to make at home. With a crispy, golden crust and tender, juicy lobster meat inside, it's perfect for a special occasion or a fancy dinner at home.

Ingredients :

  • 4 lobster tails
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Oil for frying

Directions :

  1. Prepare the lobster tails by cutting through the shell and removing the meat. Pat the meat dry with paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip each piece of lobster meat into the egg, then coat with the flour mixture.
  5. Heat the oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Fry the lobster pieces in batches for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove the lobster from the oil and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
  8. Serve immediately with your choice of dipping sauces or sides.
