
Fried Lobster

Ingredients :
- 4 lobster tails
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Oil for frying
Directions :
- Prepare the lobster tails by cutting through the shell and removing the meat. Pat the meat dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each piece of lobster meat into the egg, then coat with the flour mixture.
- Heat the oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the lobster pieces in batches for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the lobster from the oil and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
- Serve immediately with your choice of dipping sauces or sides.
